	Bill Schiavone   Bill is also a life long resident of Oakville and has many friends and family in the area. Since becoming licensed, Bill has steadily increased his Oakville real estate business by providing exhaustive and conscientious customer service. His experience and knowledge from years in the construction industry allows him to cost out renovation and improvement expenses for his clientele. 	Steve Diamond   A life long Oakville resident and an active community member, Steve has an intimate and unique knowledge of Oakville and its surrounding areas. His past experience as founding partner in three successful Bay St. investment firms will serve clients well in the analysis and negotiation of home buying and selling. Steve applies the same level of focus to his clients that he has demanded from his past realtor, and current partner, Bill Schiavone. 	Todd Pilatzke   Todd has been a resident of Oakville for 15 years. He became licensed in 1992 and has spent his entire career at Prudential Town Centre Realty. Born in Mississauga, raised in Bancroft, schooled at Queen's, Todd has settled into and enjoys living in Oakville. In an associated field, Todd has assisted in appraising over 20,000 homes, (many of them Oakville homes) for lending institutions since 1996. Establishing value for either purchase or sale is the strength Todd's experience brings to the team.
	Ralph McCormick   Ralph was born and raised in Weston, Ontario and became licensed in 1968 and was the original Broker for the firm Prudential McCormick & Associates in downtown Oakville on Church Street. After managing his thriving boutique real estate office for many years, McCormick and Associates merged with Prudential Town Centre Realty and Ralph is now lending his timeless elegance and experience to the group.
	Angie Schiavone   Angie moved to Oakville from Toronto in 1973 and has loved it ever since. She owned and operated a ladies retail store "Bruel" in downtown Oakville for 12 years. She understands that hard work and commitment is the foundation for any business. She knows the value of customer service, integrity and reliability, which is what her success and reputation has been based on, in the past and now in the Real Estate profession.
	Andrew McCormick   Andrew is a second-generation real estate agent who is proudly succeeding in the footsteps of his father, a prominent Oakville broker of more than 40 years. 	Jo-Anne Copeland   Jo-Anne Copeland has been an Oakville resident for the past 20 years. With a background in retail, she has owned and operated a gourmet food store in Toronto, and was appointed as a Sr. Consultant specializing in site location for major retailers of a large software company.
